Strategic Planning Half Day

The half day Strategic Planning workshop is designed for organizations that have established their values, mission, and vision. Participants will engage in a focused environmental scan (SWOT analysis) to assess the organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Teams will identify and prioritize key findings through group discussion and voting, resulting in a documented list of priorities and recommendations for a strategic agenda.
