Learn how the essential quality tools to ensure excellence in any business from retail to manufacturing to healthcare to the office.  Participants will discuss the definition of quality, customer expectations of quality, the ethics of quality, the history and evolution of quality, and then learn to use the 7 quality tools: histograms, cause and effect diagrams, check sheets, Pareto diagrams, graphs, control charts, and scatter diagrams.
